It includes the retrofit of 5 RO-PAX Balearia vessels to dual-fuel, the construction of a LNG supply station in the Port of Gijon and a Multiple-Truck-to-Ship (MTTS) system that will be operating in a Spanish core port.

The objective of the Action is to retrofit the propulsion system of the Hedy Lamarr vessel in order for it to be operable with LNG. This Action contributes to supporting the deployment of LNG in the Mediterranean Core Ports by ensuring a growing demand side. In particular, the ro-pax Hedy Lamarr ship is currently operating in the Valencia–Palma route, linking 2 Core ports.
